Obverse:
Laureate and cuirassed bust left, wearing aegis; trabea over shoulder. The Inscription reads: ΑΥ Κ Μ Α ΑΝΤΩΝΙΝΟC for Autokrator Kaisaros Marcos Aurelios Antoninos (Imperator Caesar Marcus Aurelius Antoninus).

Reverse:
Eagle standing facing, head and tail left, with wings spread, holding wreath in beak; crescent between legs. The Inscription reads: ΔΗΜΑΡΧ ΕΞ ΥΠΑΤΟC Τ Δ for Demarchos exousia Hypatos to Delta (Invested with the Tribunician Power, Consul of the 4th time).
