This was gifted to me by a collector friend who gave me the tip that they believed it was a private mint's contemporary counterfeit, rather than an official issue. Without that info I surely would have just assumed it to be a very low-end official issue. Instead, it is a much cooler very low-end private issue. Interesting perhaps only to me, but it's one of my cash I will hold onto for a long time, I imagine.
