By far my favorite "little" coin, Crawford 98A/4a, a very rare sestertius struck in Luceria in 211-210 BC on Crawford's dating, perhaps slightly earlier in current thinking. 1.02g.

A sovereign of George IV, presumably legal tender in the Firth of Forth, so it meets all possible requirements:

Next, silver or gold from another George (or any variant of that name), in any country.

These Demetrios Poliorketes monogrammed MSCs have some really fun iconography hidden between the helmet and left bushel (or just outside of it sometimes) like swords, pellets, other monograms, as well as Pan's whomping  stick and the crescent requested on this example:

*From the description in the CNG Triton XXI Catalog (Staffieri Collection, Jan 9. 2018) of the example from the Dattari Collection (No. 1445), sold in the Triton XXI auction as Lot 61: “The image of the Ptah-Sokar-Osiris divinity belongs to Egyptian theology, and in particular to funeral worship. It brings together three famous members of the Pharaonic Pantheon through their respective symbols: the headdress and scepter for Ptah, the solar disk for Osiris, and the mummiform wrappings for Sokar – the ‘Lord of the Necropolis.’ These three associated divinities call upon the concepts of ‘mourning’ and ‘life’, evoking at the same time the pain associated with death and the hope of resurrection. The main sanctuaries of Ptah, Sokar, and Osiris were at Memphis and Abydos.”

Next: another Roman Alexandrian coin depicting an old Egyptian deity or deities who existed before the Ptolemies and Romans.

FYI, I don't think Nilus is a God who existed before the Greeks. Osiris and Hapi were associated with the Nile if I remember correctly. But for the sake of not holding everything up, carry on!
