Obverse- ΠΕΡΓΑΜΗΝΩN. bust of Athena. Reverse- ΕΠΙ ϹΤΡΑ Ι ΠΩΛΛΙΩ ΤΟ Β. Telesphorus standing, facing. 2.12g

Initially I thought this belonged to the BC era Greece, but turned out to be a Roman era coin from the Conventus of Pergamum. 

Next- a coin you thought was much older but it's not.

I bought this coin well before I started collecting ancients, I was putting together a coin set with marine life, and came across this one, I mainly bought it for the kraken like octopus more than for its antiquity.
