Perhaps not quite "chinless" but I do think this portrait of Ancus Marcius has a receding chin!

RR Denarius of L. Marcius Philippus, which I picked up in the last Kunker sale from the Frizotto Bauss collection

I always liked the type because of the veristic portraiture.
