  1. Great coin, despite the damage, or the coin was struck in winter, which is evident by the eagle skiing.
  2. @Limes that is an amazing galba.
  3. I only kept one Alexandrian Roman TET , this Nero, because the style looks like Nero and I like it alot. I think it is a RPC I, 5239, kinda rare i think. It is a chunky coin, about 25mm and 13.xg. Dated Year 5 (AD 58/59) It's my only Nero...
  4. Little late to the party.. My only Domitian, which I thought was RIC 188, but I can only make out TR P X. So maybe RIC 721. AR Denarius, Minerva Standing.
  5. Very nice, I see the archaic style in Athena, these are cool. congrats, beautiful coin.
  6. Went to the LCS yesterday to unload some coins I was fine parting with, here is some imperial silver I came back with, yet to attribute properly, Hadrian, Geta, Maximinus I; Pictures are not great, they look much better in natural light.
  7. Hey gang, was at my LCS today, unloading some things as I narrow my collection, and I picked up two bronzes (and a copper i think) The first coin was labeled as a Tiberius AS, bust/alter. And I thought, I have been looking to add a Tiberius I can afford. YAY. After doing some looking up, I thought it was the altar of lugdunum type from Tiberius. BUT it looks more like the Augustus altar of lugdunum type instead, can anyone confirm? Kind of disappointed because I was looking to add Tiberius and not another Augustus. I also picked up another, which I'm pretty sure is a Titus Dupondius, because of the Radiate head (it looks like) and copper core. It is also a bit larger than an As and heavier. I also did not have a Titus, so I'm thrilled I added him. Thanks in advance.
  8. Perfect @Ursus! Great looking coin and style from a mint you don't see a lot! (At least I don't)
  9. Similar style to the Soli mint which also used a caduceus in the left field. Price 3190 perhaps? I only seen one example with uncrossed legs tho. Similar to Pella, price 247 as well. Edit; prob Pella mint, price 247. Looking at the legs and style. Range 325-315 BC Example; http://numismatics.org/collection/1944.100.29534 I'm just speculating, not an expert! nice coin either way.
  10. Man I'm so hesitant to see the new Indy, being a huge fan on the series, I don't want to be disappointed from a few things I heard. May I'll grow a pair and watch it soon! Sicily, Syracuse, Hieron II, 275 - 215 BC AE Litra, 23mm, 5.73 grams Obverse: Head of Poseidon left wearing tainia. Reverse: Ornamented trident head flanked by two downwards dolphins. SNG Copenhagen 850 Historic type issued during the First Punic War
