I always have fun creating virtual graphics featuring my collections because showing obverse and reverse in the same image makes it look as though I have twice as many coins as I actually do 😁. This one has not changed much since the last time I posted it except for a couple of upgrades. Virtual Abafil trays are fun. Finally, here’s my virtual denarii heap.

After 8 years, I finally added Gordian III to the collection
LONGINUS replied to Limes's topic in Roman Empire
I’m enjoying your post @Limes! I too am a recent Gordian appreciator (2022) Our friend, Sallent, from the CT site was an avid Gordian collector. -
I received my latest Seleucis and Pieria addition the other day. I spread out my provincial coins on the desk and realized that I had a complete set of 5 Good Emperors with the SC reverse. Anyway, my latest is the Marcus Aurelius in the lower right of the poster. Antoninus Pius McAllee reference corrected. Thanks, @Al Kowsky

Its always great to see your posts, @dougsmit! I think your coin is a great acquisition — the lily image is beautiful. It reminds me of one of my favorite Judaean coins and one of my first ancients.

Great post, @Coinmaster! Although this coin does not offer an image of a well known monument it does feature a Roman architectural monument in symbolic form.
