This is an example of one of the sub units of the follis. They are more scarce. This  one is rather puzzling in that at first glance it does resemble the folles issued by Constantine I at this time,

I have always been impressed by the constant reference to aequitas or equality on the eastern mint denarii and antoninianii . There appears to be within the region a demand for or a promise of equal treatment. As somebody that lives in Western Canada  can relate to that sentiment as it was essentially the central demand of the one time dominate political party within Western Canada.
