Here is a crusty-patina coin from Campania (that's gotta cover all of the bases, right?)

Diameter: 19.5 mm

Weight: 7.29 grams

Obverse: Laureate head of Apollo left; [uncertain symbol to right]

Reverse: Man-headed bull standing right, head facing; star above, [uncertain symbol or letter below]

Since I just recently posted my Apollonia Pontika drachm with Gorgoneion and anchor, here's a different coin with an anchor:

I think this lighthouse is pretty cool:

Ummm, is this salty enough? ... there are a couple of crosses on this ol' classic
