And after Just 5 min of cleaning, an odd thing got revealed, somo sort of damage that the coin got and the patina covered it above the coin close to the letters COS, is that normal or nothing to be afraid of or should i worry?

The dark grey area is the original surface of the coin, which has experienced some chemical reaction. The shiny parts are areas, were this original dark grey surface has been removed by cleaning. I would definitely leave the coin as it is.

More often than not, when you "clean" an ancient coin you will just reveal more flaws. I would recommend not revealing and more flaws.
