This is my first ever hammered that I unknowingly bought from @Ryro Henry III, Shortcross Half Penny, Moneyer Rauf, London Another of my favorites is this little pfennig from Ingolstadt, Bavaria Rudolph I & Ludwig IV, 1294-1317, Bavaria - Ingolstadt, 1 Pfennig PS - That is NOT a donkey....it's a panther....oh how far the die engravers had fallen from the height of the Greek and Roman ages to the middle ages... 7 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

At a cost as his son and daughter in law were killed when their boat sank. The sea cock valve blew at night while they were a sleep. Since it was a beach wreak notice how smooth the cob is ...tossed in the ocean until Spain sent divers to reclaim her loses. Here's mine of Edward the fourth - sure a lot of it has corroded away but it still has a fun portrait so that's all I mind about!
