About Very Fine, obverse double struck with die rotation, nice green patina, perhaps overstuck on something else?

I originally wanted this one as it has a nice Seluekid anchor countermark and was marked as Mysia Permagon, but it appears to be a Seleukid Kings of Syria coin.

 

SELEUKID KINGS OF SYRIA. Antiochos III 'the Great', 222-187 BC. AE (Bronze, 19 mm, 7 g), 198-187 BCE.

Obv. Head of Athena to right, wearing crested Corinthian helmet.

Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΑΝΤΙΟΧΟΥ Nike standing front, head to left, holding wreath in outstretched right hand and palm in left; c/m: Seleukid anchor within oval incuse, obscuring the control.

Here we see Herakles, having strangled the Nemean lion into submission, about to deliver the decisive blow. His knee is on its back and he has the lion by the tail, club raised to bash the life out of the beast.

Obverse: ANTONINVS PIVS AVG. Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust to right.
Reverse: VICT PART MAX. Victory advancing left, holding palm and wreath.
 A good example of this interesting coin, celebrating the roman victory over the Parthian empire during the reign of Septimius Severus.
RIC IV-1 144a. RSC 660. Rome mint, A.D. 204.  3,2 g - 18 mm.
