The coins are cast and minted in serial so most have a fusion rest...on my coin you can see this at the right of the elephants tail and the base of the chaiyta.

The nine dots within the reverse srivatsa (sometimes referred to in older references as a temple) are sometimes called stupas by some authors, although they are rounded out on my example.

Obv: Bhadrapitha center, above five lanterns, surrounded by a solid line border with outer dots
Rev: Srivatsa center with nine stupas (or dots), to the left a vajra, to the right a conch, above a crescent moon left and eight-rayed sun right, below a wavy line symbolizing water, surely the Irrawaddy River

One expert called it a cast contemporary counterfeit but another person suggested horn silver, which I think may be more accurate

In ancient Roman religion, Ceres was a goddess of agriculture, grain crops, fertility and motherly relationships. She was originally the central deity in Rome's so-called plebeian or Aventine Triad, then was paired with her daughter Proserpina in what Romans described as "the Greek rites of Ceres".

Here's my only coin from Pisidia, a very unusual portrayal of Hadrian in martial aspect, as a warrior on horseback, albeit attacking a serpent rather than a human being!

Hadrian, AE 18, Baris, Pisidia (SW Anatolia N of Lycia, near today’s Farı mevkii, Kılıç, Turkey), 118-138 AD. Obv. Laureate and draped bust right, AYT TRAI AΔPIANOC / Rev. Emperor in military dress, on horseback galloping right, brandishing javelin at serpent beneath horse’s hooves, BAPHNΩN. Reverse:
Gordian III, laureate, riding on galloping horse right, with right hand spearing enemy on ground, left. The inscription reads: ΜΗΤΡΟ ΠΟΝΤΟΥ ΤΟΜΕΩⳞ for Metropoleon Pontoupolis Tomeon (Metropolitan Pentapolis Tomis).
