I was actually suppose to bid on that Bactrian Tetradrachm, but missed the call by 4 min as I was at the meeting. before live bidding i think this one still had an affordable pre-live final bid
Congratulations @Kazuma78
Artemide Aste, i placed one bid and lost the target coin, lot 332, went way above what i was willing to pay
i was watching Brutus, but because of banker’s marks decided not to bid on it!
@Prieure de Sionhey, amigo! What happened? You ended up not paying for this Nero and other 2 Tetradrachms we competed for at Goldberg? It is for sale again, que paso?
Was anything wrong with the coin? Same applies to Domitian and Septemius Tetradrachms you won and posted here… those are for sale again at the upcoming Goldberg auction. Anything coin community here should be aware of in regards to these coins?
Gracias
Depends, i know quite a few folks who sponsor their new purchases for personal collection this way, and it makes absolute sense to do this! But again, one should have confidence and ability to liquidate at high profit margins within 1-2 months
Unless you don’t like the coin, but you think it is severely underpriced item and you can have an arbitrage opportunity - you can confidently resell with a high enough margin (30%+ profit)
