For me creating ancient coin graphics is as much of the fun as the actual collecting.

 

Here’s my latest Roman imperial antoninianus/denarii desktop collage.

I’ve always associated laurel leaves with Roman emperors .

Love it DR! I am in the middle of a project... but it's not ready. So, here a "virtually" all of my Roman Republic coins, sans proto dough and anything after Sulla, that I have. It took all my analytical skills to create this illusion of beauty😉:
