EDIT: Currently RPC X is offline again :classic_sad:

EDIT 2 (28. Oct 2023): Now again and this time officially online: https://rpc.ashmus.ox.ac.uk/news/rpc10

In ForumAncientCoins, Mark Fox pointed out that RPC X (From Valerian to Diocletian (AD 253–297)) is now online. The numbers are still missing but the coins are already there.
So the search for new "Plate coins" or "listed on RPC coins" can begin.  ☺️

Until now I only looked for Gallienus and already found four listed coins. I hope to find more.

I had classified this one with Gallienus, but RPC now classifies it earlier.

Post your new "Plate coins" or "listed on RPC coins" or anything relevant

shanxi, many thanks for the RPC X info ☺️. I did a search & found two of my coins illustrated in RPC X, pictured below 😮!

ValerianAE31SNGLevante1514.jpg.df6fba2788cce21af942beeb1b8de5bd.jpg

I bought this coin slabbed from a Heritage auction & removed it from the slab. The photos in RPC X were off color & taken from CNG photos from CNG 64, lot 630, September 24, 2003. My photos show accurate color 😉RPC X,- (unassigned; ID 60268).

so it might have been a glitch before RPC X goes online officially.

Yes, my direct links no longer work either. :classic_sad:
At least we now know that the release is probably imminent.

And I hope they don't throw my coins out by then. :classic_unsure:
