Rare Titus Tetradrachm

I've owned a few Titus tetradrachms, in my collecting lifetime, but this particular one is the rarest I have acquired.

Nice catch! Is there a specific reason thats its rare (e.g. different legend, reverse type, or just a rare issue overall)? I dont have any tets, so Im not familiar with these coins at all....

It's easily the rarest reverse type struck for Titus at Alexandria. I've only seen a handful in trade over the years.

I have very few Alexandrian tets, so I'm not too familiar with their respective ins and outs.  It's always gratifying to find one's grail coin.  This is a great addition to your collection.
