It arrived today in customs at LA. Package #2 was shipped on 2/17. It arrived in NJ on 2/24 and is meandering through UPSP on the way to me. So, packages are moving at least. The longest I have waited for a parcel was for some model house kits from Russia before the pandemic - took nearly 3 months. Before that, it would take about exactly two weeks from order to door.
