CYCLADES, KARTHAIA on Keos ?? Is it? I don't know. Can someone help with this one, please?

Definitely not Keos.

The lettering in the wreath is ΛYΣIMA-XEΩN, so it's from Lysimacheia. It's the same type as this one.

Here's my example (different type obviously) from the same city.

Thrace, Lysimacheia  305-281 BC. Veiled head of Demeter to right, wreathed with grain / ΛYΣIMA-XEΩN in two lines, grain ear below, all within wreath of grain. SNG Copenhagen 906-7 var.
