Thanks! That bronze is also quite nice! It seems sometimes difficult to find these well detailed and struck.

Very nice group.  I tend to prefer coins from before and after the Hellenistic period so I have relatively few of interest to big silver collectors and many of mine are low grade.  One I like despite those problems is this Demetrios Poliorketes tetradrachm.  Due to the right end of the prow, it is the thickest silver coin I have. g92187bb3051.thumb.jpg.53727f00b9a296dd4ecf543803e955d3.jpg

The same design comes in a small AE.

Doug, you are right about how amazingly thick that type is. I was surprised by it when I saw a couple at the ANA show last August. The prow is the highest relief I've seen on an ancient coin, besides an Aegina turtle/tortoise stater.

Beautiful coins! I want both. Recently I lost out on one of the, surprisingly rare compared to the silver, bronzes of the type. However, I've a third option, the drachm of Demetrius Poliorketes:

I would like to get this type as a nice drachm or tetradrachm but it's popular so it can be a tough one to win.

And welcome - it is super nice to have such great collectors like you join.

Those are nice examples too! I love the toning on the denarius!

Great acquisitions @Kazuma78

I'm awaiting two coins from the last Leu auction (ex Adrian Lang collection) stuck at the customs as of late. I will post them as soon as they arrive

Sounds awesome! Can't wait to see them! I'm hoping for something from NAC, but I'm not holding my breath.

Denarius of Bolskan (Osca) 150-100 BC Obv bearded Head right bare. Rv Armored horseman charging right with couched lance  BM SNG Spain 695 4.08 grms 18 mm Phot by W. HansenTspain9.jpeg.73c833540b42323d47119d644b545faa.jpeg

Unfortunately the image on the obverse is not identified. This is because there is no adjunct object or symbol from which  to easily identify him.  This coinage appears to be based on the Roman denarius and because the types are shared among a number of mints (Though Bolskan is the predominate one) it appears that this coinage may be federal in nature.
