Here's my only Kybele..One of my favourite coins..

Phrygia, Eumeneia (near Civril, Turkey). Domitia, 81-96 AD. Bronze AE 15mm (2.47 gm).
Obv.: ΔOMITIA CEBACTH, Draped bust right. Hair rolled in front and in que behind,
Rev.: ΚΛ• ΤEΡEΝΤΥΛΛΑ ΑΡΧΙE /EΥΜE-ΝE-ΩΝ, Kybele enthroned to left, Patera in extended right hand, resting left forearm and hand on Tympanum (drum) at near side
RPC II 1388. Rare. gVF.

Aeolis, Kyme, c. 165-90 BC. Æ (16mm, 3.84g, 12h). Zoilos, magistrate.
Obverse...Draped bust of Artemis right, hair in sphendone, quiver and bow over shoulder.
Reverse...Single-handled oenoechoe (Kyme's cup) with KY above (Kyme), flanked either side by laurel branches.
Magistrates name left to right across central field Z-Ω / I-Λ / O-Σ..Zoilos.
SNG München 507-9; SNG Copenhagen 108; SNG von Aulock 1642.

I have the same FIDES MILIVM reverse type but minted ayer or so before your example..It does show how his nose and chin grew!

Obverse.. ΦPA, Bearded bust left wearing tiara with pellet in crescent; pellet inside crescent above anchor with one crossbar right.
Reverse.. BACIΛEVC ΠPAATHC (blundered), Artemis standing right, not radiate, drawing arrow from quiver on shoulder with right hand, bow in left.

No silver here but I do have this well detailed for type bronze drachm.

@DonnaML...Lovely coin and really interesting write up as always, Thanks!...As you know this is not my area of collecting but I'd go with Crawford & Sears' interpretation, the reverse just feels as if it's representing something more special...Plus I assume the slow walking quadriga isn't such a common depiction?
