Help needed to identify some coins

Recommended Posts

Hello all,

I have a few coins i inherited from my father a few years back.

They where found in Israel sometime in the past (not sure when exact).

Would love to know more about them if possible.

I apologize if photos are not optimal.

It's not too easy to follow with all those large photos in the wrong order. It would help to crop them and post one coin at a time, front and back of the same coin together.

Anyway, you have some 4th century Roman coins. Constantine II, GLORIA EXERCITIS. Something like this but the mintmark is missing. The first coin is similar. The little coin with the cross is, I think, Theodosius II, something like this. You also have Constans with a VOT XX reverse.

The thick green one might be a Republic As. Perhaps Janus. But who knows, as the photos don't show anything.
