HA Rauch - no communications after auction. Is this normal ?

I won a coin in HD Rauch's recent auction (e42), and have received zero communications from them since. An invoice did appear on their web site under my account (I had to check for it), which I promptly paid via Wise, towards end of last week.

Is it normal (for HD Rauch) not to send emails to acknowledge bids/wins, availability of invoice, etc? It'd be nice for them to acknowledge payment and provide tracking when they ship, but maybe that's not how they operate ?!

Thanks, guys!

I've sent them an e-mail to make sure they at least received my payment.

I have to wonder if they even have my (correct) e-mail address since it doesn't appear on the invoice nor as far as I can see is there any place on their web site that shows the contact/address info associated with your account.
