maybe Hadrian circa 117-138 AD?. any ID help?

i know it is fairly worn down, but might have enough features to be identified , at least partially.

i believe it might be Hadrian AD 117-138.  

any help to identify or at least point me in a direction to try and identify this coin would be greatly appreciated.

If the top photo is the reverse, it almost looks like a standing figure of some kind with an object on the ground to the right. Do you have a diameter measurement and weight? That might help.

diameter 26 mm x 23.4 mm

weight 6.4 grams

top photo is reverse
