That's it. It looks like she was an XI century German empress, later made a saint.
It's the same as in Cointalk thread. I found no pics of this medal elsewhere so I'd say it's from sometime after she was canonized around XIII century.

I believe is from India. It's a large bronze coin or medal (?)

A friend of mine from Syria told me that when they fled Syria in a hurry in the 90s they tossed his grandfather's coin collection in the trash!? There were over 100 coins of all kinds 😲

Roma numismatics recently had a couple of dozen+ owls that went starting around $300. I read they have many from a Turkish hoard recently found.
