...man, that name Q Ubanis rang a bell in my noggin and i found a note on the table with it on there!..wasn't there a discussion about if it was a person??.. i don't remember exactly but i have a coin minted in that name along with T Manilus and Appius Putcher...my tririga!....(no, not the Lone Rangers horse:P)

i guess this coin is about it for Habsburg HRE's..but there''s more coins of the Habsburgs and further up the line, they loose the name Habsburg...in my research, after purchasing the coin, i find the that the Habsburgs name disappears into two (maybe more) other groups of rulers and Eberhards are one!.. it's almost mind boggling but what a thrill!..last nite i followed the line all the way back to the Franks in the 6th century (and there it gets iffy)..i shall continue to get coins of the family's progenitors until have have them all or i expire...^^

Well, the pre-bidding is closed now, with the current bid at $4,750, and the live auction session including my coin begins at 9:00 am EDT tomorrow. Since my Lot number is 624 and the session begins with Lot 594, I imagine my coin should come up by, what, 9:30 or so depending on how many people bid on the previous lots? I've never consigned to an auction before, and I have to decide whether to watch live, or if that's going to make me too nervous and I should wait to look until later! What do other people do?
I didn't realize until today that CNG has a video of the coin at https://cngcoins.com/photos/CNG_Links/video/CNG_124/624.html . It looks pretty nice.
...its hard NOT to lQQk...yours will probably boost up there in the last few seconds...i wish you all the luck and hope deep pockets has it on the list Donna...:) EDIT: haha!...i hit Grandmaster with this post....^^

Well, in theory it could be in that Forrest. We cant rule anything out 😉
P.S. I love these kinds of misunderstandings. I make them with my wife all the time. If I could have a ancient coin for every 'sigh' she makes, I would have collected them all by now 😁
..seems to my memory, which dims with age, that one of the South Am. countries had a big fire some time back..i ain't sure if it was Chile...@Heliodramus
