I won a coin at a German auction on 25th Feb, the shipping label was created for FedEx on the morning of 26th Feb and was collected same day, it arrived at a FedEx hub this afternoon here in Spain and will be delivered tomorrow. 15 Euros for shipping. For service like that I have no complaints.

  4. Pfennigs with different to standard legends in conjuction with certain mintmarks are highly collectable, especially 50 Pfennigs between 1940-1950.
  5. My Wife collects all 2 Euro coins that we come across. This one was taken in our shop, a circulating commemorative of Saxony, minted at Munich. The design shows a view from the inner yard of the world-famous Dresden Zwinger to the Crown Gate. The inner part also features the name ‘SACHSEN’ and the issuing country’s country code ‘D’ at the bottom, the engraver’s mark (the initials ‘JT’ — Jordi Truxa) right at the top and the year ‘2016’ left at the top.

  10. Also one of my favs. Sadly, they never had the acclaim they deserved in the UK. As the New Wave genre was battling with punk for popularity in the mid 70´s, their record label advertising people kept referring them to Indie/alternative style.

SEAR 1988 # 1530 Commemorative issue struck under Aurelius, circa 175/6 AD. Reverse struck twice with clear images of two torches and two S of SC.
