Awesome coins and great variety. I really love those German States coins, not something I'd usually take the time to look at.  

But I think my favourite is the Titus aureus. Love the 🐘 on the reverse. I've wanted an ancient Greek coin with an elephant for my collection for some tine, but haven't managed one yet. Whilst I'm at it, wouldn't mind an octopus either!

Almost impossible to pick a favourite from that lot, they are all amazing! If pressed though, would choose the Gallienus aureus and the Magnentius solidus (because I like the design and I also have a coin from the Barry Feirstein collection).

Excellent coins. I voted 1, 2 & 3, in that order. All very desirable and beautiful.

Very interesting coins, an area of collecting I know nothing about, but I really like number 7. Number 3 comes in second.

Nice group of coins. I like all the follis's (doesn't sound right?) you showed. Particularly the one with the chip and the coin with the very large flan. Know nothing about them, but they are interesting and I like the artistry.

I could list any number of reasons to love each one, but my favourite is the Pyrrhus tetradrachm. The portrait of Zeus and the oak wreath in his hair is amazing. Plus Pyrrhus is a famous and interesting individual.

I also like the heron? on the tetradrachm from Gela, as well as the man-headed bull of course.

And not to try and ride on AJ's coattails, I do have something relevant to show. The Terina stater AJ owned before he upgraded to his current piece. 

The centering, strike, condition & style of his current coin are outstanding, but his previous piece wasn't too shabby either. Credit to Joe for the photo also.

Merry Xmas to everyone from Australia. It's 11:30 in the morning and must be about 33 degrees centigrade, and humid. After lunch we have our game of backyard cricket then we all flake out for the rest of the arvo.

I thought I remembered that coin. I live in Australia and always take a close interest in the Noble sales. It's amazing how much cheaper things are when you don't have to convert the currency. The AUD sucks against everything (except the CAD maybe?). I have bought 3 nice coins for my collection from them.

Very nice coins of course. If I had to pick three, it would be the Kyrene obol, Salamis 1/10 stater and the trite from Ionia with the interesting reverse inscriptions. 

These are always fun to read and yours was no exception. Very interesting stories.

They are all great, but the Nero sestertius is something else. Love that reverse design. Will take something very special in your next five to knock Nero off top spot.

Numbers 1 & 2 are the obvious choices for favourite. I particularly like the dolphin chasing the fish on the Syracuse tetradrachm.

However, even as a non Roman collector, I voted for number 6. I really like the portrait and the reverse design. Though you have the weight as 7.41 g - is that correct?

Great coibs and interesting information as always. The Livia Drusilla coin is my favourite, however the Commodus and Crispina coins together are an excellent pair and a close second.

All very nice of course, but #14, the coin of Probus is my favourite.  Both obverse and reverse are very attractive.

All beautiful coins. Narrowed down my favourites to 2, 7 & 8, with #8 being the absolute standout. Lovely portrait coin of Edward VI.

I voted for the Datames stater. Nice style and I like coins that are struck a bit off centre, yet all the design elements are complete. The rest are all very nice too.

Wow, I love them all. I do like British coins, so if pressed #4 would be my favourite, but #10 is a fascinating little coin, a type I've never seen before.

Wait, so there's a God of silence? With a 5 and a 12 year old girls in my house arguing all the time, I wish he'd pay me a visit!

And a very beautiful coin and really interesting story too. I think this is my new favourite in your Roman Provincials.

Very nice coins, well done. Really like numbers 3 & 8, but my favourite is number one. Large and attractive, (both the coin and the ladies on it), with a beautiful patina.

Awesome selection. Love your number one of course, and the portrait of Trajan on number four is exceptional, but my absolute favourite is number two. Combination of style, toning, and the way it's positioned on the flan make it very appealing.

Fantastic coins all, but your bookends are my favourites - 1 & 10. The Saxony coin is one I wouldn't normally give much time to, as it's not in my collecting area, but I really like it. The portrait is excellent.

The Starr group II tetradrachm is the coin I'd pick if adding to my collection, but I voted for the Mexico 8 reales just because it's such a cool and interesting coin. They are all good though, well done.

Congratulations on some excellent additions. My favourite is #6, the Pontos coin, but the Poseidonia stater was a close runner up and I like your bronze from Ainos too.

Very interesting coins. I particularly like the coin with the gold plug, both design and intrigue wise. I also like #9, the Parthian bronze, probably because it has a 'Greek' feel too it.

Well done on your collection.
