Happy New Year for All🎄🎉

Need help with this one coin. I think it can be from roman Egypt (Alexandria or maybe nomes? Pelusion)

16 mm, 2,71 g.

Obverse: Bearded head to left (Aelius or Lucius Verus?)

Reverse: not recognizable for me (pomegranate?)

Thank You for your help!

Gives off Lucius Verus vibes to me too. Here are the Dichalkon (this denomination) coins listed in Emmett for the following:

Aelius: None listed

Marcus Aurelius:

Lucius Verus:

Of any of them, the Flower coin 2265 for MA looks the most promising (although I haven’t looked up an image yet).

I didn’t look at the Nomes listings yet and will take a look later.

@Orange Julius Thank You very much for your help!

Unfortunately, I do not have Emmet's catalog and I cannot find this MA item in the auction archives. I noticed that the head is to the left on the obverse (from what I saw, it is rather to the right on dichalkons) So would appreciate if You check out the photo! All the best in the new 2025!
