Hi I have this strange piece of a Roman provincial. It looks like a founders type. Not sure what emperor but the obverse has 2 busts. Was this halved in antiquity or did it just break? Also what is this coin? My best guess is a Julio Claudian provincial. Thank you for your help

MACEDON. Philippi. Tiberius (14-37). AE.
Obv: TI AVG DRVSVS CAESAR.
Jugate heads of Tiberius and Drusus right.
Rev: Foundation scene: Two priests plowing with two oxen right.
RPC I 1658.
Condition: Fine
Weight: 4.37 g.
Diameter: 17.9 mm.

Wow that's cool. It's probably not worth too much like this but that's still pretty cool.
