Ryro Posted December 21, 2024 · Supporter Posted December 21, 2024 (edited) Very nice! I've chased those Roman camp(?) X coins with no luck for a while. Yours is in great shape and is off hero and martyr Crispus. Edited December 21, 2024 by Ryro 3 Quote
mc9 Posted December 21, 2024 · Member Author Posted December 21, 2024 Has enyone an idea why the text is split? When i write it, the text is ok. after hit submit, the text split. I have don this in plain text and in rich text. No difference. Thanks Quote
mc9 Posted December 21, 2024 · Member Author Posted December 21, 2024 @ Ryro, I have found this by luck in an auction here in Europe some months ago, and very happy with it. Quote

Hrefn Posted December 21, 2024 · Supporter Posted December 21, 2024 I love the eye toward history which is discernible in the choice of these coins. Aelia Verina? I had to go right to Wikipedia. And what a life, indeed. There is enough material for several movies or historical mini-series there. Also love the Crispus with the reverse of the Roman camp plan (if that is what it is; has the debate about that been settled?). And the four nummi of Huneric. 1 1 Quote
Qcumbor Posted December 22, 2024 · Supporter Posted December 22, 2024 Verina and Crispus have my votes. Interesting selection of rarely seen coins/denominations Q 1 1 Quote
