Attribution help needed for Septimius Severus small bronze

I received this yesterday,  a gift from @lordmarcovan but I don´t seem to be able to find it referenced. Not listed in RIC or corrysa, and that section of RPC is not live yet. The ticket that came with it

If someone knows wherelse to look your knowledge would be gratefully received. Weight is 2.68 g, diameter 17mm.
