So, its a Nice coin of Gordian, but the anv of the Coin has that strange halo around the bust of the emperor, is that normal or a evidence of something else? Want a opinion before buying.

Pretty normal way a coin can tone, in my opinion. Nothing to be worried as far as I can tell.

No it's normal, some coins are like that from the manufacturing process (striking). It's often referred to as "ghosting". You can see something similar on coins from my collection.
