Justinian Half follis, What mint please?

I am assuming CONS but the letters have me confused. Year 22  8.64gm and 26.32mm

Does anyone have some insight here, a little earlier than my normal collecting time period but the patina begged me to look it up.

It's a half follis of Justinian from Antioch. The reverse shows a large K with "o over Π" below. Can't read the regnal year but the reference is Sear Byzantine (SB) 230.

Thank you, in hand it has a better view. The year is xxii.
