New German States Medal - Need help with provenance

Local coin show pick up. Overpaid because of the provenance. Anyone want to take a stab at the handwriting on the paper tag? I'm not even sure it is English.

 

Germany (Hamburg) Silver Medal (Jeton) ND (XVIII) - Fourth commandment

Weight: 3.1 g
Diameter: 21mm.

Obverse.: 3 buckets with little trees, in the pots. "WOL DEM DER FREUD / AN SEINEN KIN - / DERN / ERLEBT"

Reverse.: 2 commandment boards with text. "DU SOLT DEINEN UATER UND DEINE MUTTER EHREN / AUF DAS DIRS WOL GEHE".

Böttcher 257; Goppel 1142.

I think it's German, which I don't read.

Although I think the heading says Miscellanea.

I believe the next line starts with Silber....

The second line beneath appears to end with Tafeln, meaning panels or boards.

The next line probably refers to the 3 buckets, and the next one says 22 mm 3 gr.

maybe: Silberabschlag (minted in silver)

next line might be:  Kinder Dukaten - Children's ducats. I don't know if this makes sense ???

@shanxi That all seems logical to me and was way more than I was able to get out of it. I appreciate your response.
