Benefactor robinjojo Posted November 12, 2024 · Benefactor Benefactor Posted November 12, 2024 (edited) For those of you interested in the life of Thomas Cromwell and England in the first decades of the 16th century, PBS has brought back the dramatization of Hilary Mantel's novels Wolf Hall and Bring Up the Bodies in a series of weekly episodes. They are available on your local PBS station or online for a limited time: https://www.pbs.org/wgbh/masterpiece/shows/wolf-hall/episodes/ Originally produced in 2015, Wolf Hall is wonderfully produced, one of the best, if not the best adaptations in recent years, as part of Masterpiece Theater in the US. If you have the time to view these episodes I think you'll agree. Edited November 12, 2024 by robinjojo 1 Quote

The adaptation of the third Mantel book in her Thomas Cromwell trilogy, "The Mirror and the Light," has recently begun showing in the UK. It will be available in the USA sometime next year. (The first and second books were both encompassed in the first "Wolf Hall" TV series.) Edited November 13, 2024 by DonnaML 2 Quote
