Hello @MarkMD90. Welcome to Nvmis Forvms.

Can you measure the diameter and weight of the coin?

I am not familiar with the coin type. It seems Roman, because of the irregular shape, and because of the lettering on the perimeter, but I'm not certain. The value would depend on whether it is a rare or highly desirable type. But, probably there are other Nvmis Forvms members, who are familiar with the coin type, and they will see this thread, and provide information. It may take a day or so.

That is a Roman provincial coin issued for the Greek-speaking inhabitants of the city of Anchialus in the province of Thrace under the emperor Caracalla. Its obverse inscription reads AV K M AYΡ ANTΩNINOC and features the laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Caracalla facing right. The reverse reads OYΛΠIANΩN AΓXIAΛEΩN and features a city gate with two towers.

It appears to be a double die-match to this specimen sold by Numismatik Naumann.
