Hello, I am trying to identify a Roman coin found in my Grandmother's coin collection.

I believe it to be a genuine Roman coin. Any help in identification and value-range would be very much appreciated.

I have pieced some information together : BRASS/BRONZE | OBVERSE: CAESAR TRAIAN HADRIANS | MINT: ROME | DATE: 117 (?)
