Galba snack with an owl counterstamp

This caught my eye for the counterstamp. The coin itself, of Galba, is very worn, but as he is an Emperor that wasn´t in my collection and all in cost less than 50 Euros, I couldn´t resist. If anybody knows more about the counterstamp and the letters below the owl, your input will be gladly received.

EDIT: @Victor_Clark kindly furnished me with reference to the counterstamp. The owl countermark is Howgego 348 with 5 examples listed.

What a cool little owl!!! Astonishing, I still do not have a coin of Galba in my collection. I get distracted. You know how it is.

Very interesting piece!  The enigmatic countermark makes it even more so.

GALBA AR silver tetradrachm. Antioch, 68-69 AD. AUTOKRATwR GALBAC KAICAR CEBACTOC, bare head right. Reverse - ETOUC B, Eagle standing facing on opposed laurel branches, head left, wreath in beak, palm in left field. Prieur 100; RPC 4198. 28mm, 10.0g.
