This is exactly my impression too. I rejected the coins, because as a group they looked kind of wrong (too homogenous). Sold individually, by a more reputable dealer, this could be a different matter. These are certainly dangerous fakes.

And of course, as a rule, I would never by anything directly out of Bulgaria.

Threads like these are super-important for educating us on fakes.

I agree with the others that I never would have flagged these coins and that it's scary how good fakes are getting.

However, if experts like the OP and others on this forum keep bringing them up, we both improve our odds of weeding them out and help the auction houses do the same.
