I’m in SE Florida and while we’re not going to get a direct hit, we’re still feeling a lot of the rain. Hadn’t been expecting any real effects until tomorrow at the earliest. Just had my side of the street lose power for almost 3 hours, and the street flooded (not so bad considering other places like Puerto Rico, though). DLTcoins Posted September 28, 2022 · Member Share Posted September 28, 2022 (edited) I'm on the gulf coast south of Tampa Bay. Earlier today, we were under the gun for a direct hit. At the 11 pm update, the track had moved significantly south. It's still going to be a bumpy ride but I'm much relieved. My thoughts are with folks in Punta Gorda and Fort Myers who now may see the brunt of the storm.
