Marcus Hirrius Fronto Neratius Pansa was a Roman senator who held several posts in the emperor's service. He was appointed governor of the imperial province of Cappadocia and Galatia from 77 to 80.
Though coin is dated in the 10th regal year of Vespasian (78-78), Sydenham states that since the obverse legend belongs to the reign of Titus the issue belongs to the latter half of AD 79.
